1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and we1wei ("Platform", "us" or "the company"). This document governs all aspects of your use of our platform, including the website, mobile app, and any related services we provide.

These Terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, all of which together form a complete agreement between you and we1wei. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

We1wei reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use we1wei's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and when using the platform.
• Be a legally recognised individual and not be prohibited by local laws from using such services.
• Has never been banned by we1wei previously for any reason.
• Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and when updating account details.
• Register only one account only — multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

If you are found to have provided false or misleading information, we1wei reserves the right to terminate your account immediately and withhold any remaining funds pending investigation. we1wei is not liable for any losses arising from registration using inaccurate information.

3 Member Account & User Responsibilities

Once your account is successfully registered, you are the sole account holder. Full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account rests with you, including in the event of unauthorised access you were unaware of.

• Keep your password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensure your account information is always up to date, especially your active email address and phone number.
• Accounts cannot be transferred, sold, or lent to any other party.

We1wei uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data communications between your device and our servers. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is also available, and we strongly encourage all members to enable it for an added layer of protection.

4 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

We1wei supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers (FPX), e-wallets, and several other options. All financial transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

• Minimum deposit limit: MYR 30 per deposit transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal limit: MYR 50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 15 to 60 minutes for primary methods during standard service hours.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered under the same member's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, subject to identity verification.

We1wei reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal requests for security review or compliance purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, identity verification, monitoring of unusual activity, and adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

5 Bonus & Promotions

We1wei offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions, clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Each bonus is subject to wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated.
• We1wei reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the respective promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• We1wei reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the we1wei platform, including slots, live casino, fish shooting games, and table games, are subject to the following general rules:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited by internationally accredited certification bodies.
• Any technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay caused by issues on your end will not constitute grounds for a refund claim.
• In the event of a system failure or software error, we1wei reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original wager amount.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within that game's interface.
• Members are not permitted to use any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to play on the we1wei platform.

For live casino games, all sessions are recorded and stored for dispute resolution purposes. Live dealer outcomes are final unless there is clear evidence of a procedural error verifiable through the recording.

7 Prohibited Conduct

We1wei takes any attempt to exploit or abuse our platform seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Registering multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or evade restrictions.
• Using bots, automation software, or any non-human method to play.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or manipulate game outcomes.
• Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits (money laundering).
• Abusing the bonus system through low-risk wagering specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine intent to play.
• Spreading misleading information about we1wei to the public.
• Threatening, harassing, or being abusive towards our support staff.

8 Liability Limits

We1wei provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we constantly strive to keep the platform running smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee it will be entirely free from technical errors, disruptions, or downtime.

• We1wei is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• We are not liable for losses caused by factors beyond our control, including internet disruptions, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• The maximum total liability of we1wei to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made within the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Members who experience technical issues during a gaming session must report them to our support team within 24 hours for assessment.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

We1wei respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia. The personal information you provide to us will only be used for the purposes stated in Privacy Policy ours.

• Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• We1wei employs data encryption and strict access controls to ensure your information is protected from unauthorised access.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.
• Transaction data and gaming activity are retained for the period required for legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

10 Terms Amendment & Applicable Laws

• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
• If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all remaining funds before the changes take effect.
• These Terms are governed by applicable laws, and any disputes shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process.
